Most dog owners are responsible and clean up after their pets. Unfortunately there are some who can't be bothered and leave a mess. This not only blights the environment but is also a danger to health for children going to school, elderly and disabled people risking a fall and all others who can't enjoy a simple walk without dodging the mess.
Winterton Care Campaign Group will support all initiatives to keep Winterton clean and tidy.
